LaSalle Network is expanding its presence in the Dallas market, and we are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our high-performing team.   • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles including infrastructure, application development, data analytics, security, software development, and ERP positions.
  • Build long-term, consultative relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Prioritize multiple job orders, ensuring urgency and attentiveness to client needs.
  • Consistently achieve weekly KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure successful placements and foster the growth of client relationships.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong desire to achieve, learn, and embrace new challenges.
  • Willingness to work in-office Monday-Thursday; all staff get the option to work remotely on Fridays.
