Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Drucker and Falk, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to all aspects of our properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of our residents.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our properties to identify and address any potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Assist with inventory control and maintenance of our equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Superintendent or Property Manager.
Requirements
  • HVAC skills with CFC certification.
  • CPO certification preferred.
  • Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
  • Knowledge of SDS and OSHA regulations.
  • 608 Refrigerant Certification preferred, but not required.
