We are seeking a seasoned Ruby on Rails developer to join our team at Sincere Corporation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with large Ruby on Rails applications and a passion for creating great products for the web.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and refactoring scalable and performant features, as well as reviewing pull requests from team members and providing constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test, and refactor scalable and performant features
  • Review pull requests from team members and provide constructive feedback
  • Own projects and influence design and architecture
  • Improve development processes and drive the direction of the product

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with large Ruby on Rails applications
  • Passionate about creating great products for the web
  • Familiar with technologies such as Ruby on Rails, RSpec/MiniTest, Next.js, and AWS
  • Seasoned at writing, documenting, and supporting RESTful APIs
  • Comfortable working with and contributing to containerized environments and modern CI/CD pipelines
