We are seeking a highly skilled Infection Preventionist/LPN-RN to join our team at Fallsview Rehabilitation & Nursing. As a leader in infection prevention, we take pride in our commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement infection control programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Conduct surveillance and analysis of data to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide education and consultation to staff, physicians, and community leaders on infection prevention and control practices
  • Collaborate with the Infection Prevention and Control Committee to determine the direction of surveillance activities and evaluate the effectiveness of the Infection Prevention and Control Plan
  • Notify the County and/or State Health Department of any reportable diseases and adhere to internal procedures
