About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Brand Designer who excels in modern design, ideation, communication, and corporate brand building. The ideal candidate should possess a design style that aligns with the modern Tronex brand visual aesthetics. As our Brand Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing various design projects, including branding collateral, website design, digital marketing campaigns, product packaging, and sales materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visual concepts and designs that align with the Tronex International Inc. Brand identity and meet the modern aesthetic requirement for the brand.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, brand director, and marketing team to ensure that designs accurately reflect the brand's desired image.
- Conceptualize and create designs that reinforce our brand identity across various mediums.
- Generate fresh ideas for advertising and trade show campaigns.
- Create unique and forward-thinking designs for a multitude of projects, including promotional materials, print and digital advertisements, catalogs, sales materials, trade show booth graphics, web graphics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs remain contemporary and effective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects across different mediums (print, digital).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or similar programs.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently or with team to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, alongside a passion for design, to develop innovative solutions and styles that connect creative work with business objectives across various industries while aligning with company brand standards.
