Genesis Global Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Diagnostic Laboratory Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our laboratory equipment, including robotic instrumentation.

Job Summary:

  • Perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment according to manufacturer's recommendations and company standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair broken equipment with guidance from experienced technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.

Requirements:

  • 9-month Clinical Laboratory Technician training or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Proficient visual and audio skills.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45-$55 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
