Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will create new sales opportunities and facilitate service upgrades through proactive community engagement. Your expertise will enable you to act as a consultant, recognizing and addressing customer needs while delivering a personalized experience. You will serve as Kinetic's local representative, ensuring that customer service is approached with a personal touch.

Your duties will include:

  • Identifying and participating in branding and sales events.
  • Utilizing marketing insights from the Regional Marketing Consultant.
  • Collaborating with sales leaders and operations teams to boost local community involvement.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local homeowners' associations, real estate agencies, and other community partners.
  • Keeping these partners informed about our services to ensure new residents are familiar with Kinetic's offerings and commitment to the community.
  • Engaging actively with local chambers, civic organizations, charitable groups, and other community partners to enhance Kinetic's presence in the area.
  • Working closely with operations teams to promptly address and resolve customer escalations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Fostering strong connections with other sales teams to ensure a unified approach in customer interactions.
  • Championing Kinetic's Local initiative, promoting local contact points and ensuring the community is aware of their local support team.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong multitasking abilities with a sense of urgency.
  • Project management skills to create and manage timelines for key deliverables.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Comfort in public speaking.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications, broadband, and related technologies.
  • Experience in project management and customer service.
  • A college degree with 3-5 years of professional experience or 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience. College coursework or a degree may substitute for some experience as deemed appropriate. This position is safety-sensitive.
