The Equipment Service Technician role is focused on diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing rental machinery, including but not limited to Caterpillar, JLG, and Genie aerial lifts.

  • Deliver high-quality repair services on rental equipment and engines, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company standards of professionalism.
  • Exhibit behaviors of honesty, integrity, and respect while providing quality solutions and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Take responsibility for any errors or issues that arise.
  • Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Maintain punctuality and readiness for work, including willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Comply with all company policies and departmental procedures.
