Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant construction experience in similar roles
  • In-depth understanding of critical path method scheduling
  • At least 5 years of experience with Primavera scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (P6 experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with claims prevention and analysis techniques is highly desirable
  • Ability to conduct constructability reviews for various construction methods during design or execution phases

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of comprehensive project schedules with input from project teams
  • Collaborate with project teams and leadership to establish project objectives and assess project status
  • Analyze schedules to identify duration and logical discrepancies
  • Coordinate with project teams to update schedules bi-weekly and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Conduct impact assessments for potential delays and modifications
  • Report overall project progress to leadership
  • Supervise additional schedulers assisting in schedule development, updates, and reporting
  • Conduct site visits for on-the-ground progress assessments
  • Manage related document distribution
  • Explore integration opportunities with Procore and present information to subcontractors in accessible formats
  • Mentor less experienced team members
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
