TLC Nursing Associates Inc is seeking an experienced SLP to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based practices and innovative techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and home programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting or school environment is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. TLC Nursing Associates Inc offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
