Job Summary

As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading projects and service requests through NHDSM, working closely with our Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track program/project status and schedules, providing expertise in business and technology areas as needed.
  • Perform project management duties, including defining business and technical requirements, developing solutions and strategies, and facilitating internal and external coordination.
  • Monitor and update Plan of Actions & Milestones (POA&M) for assigned projects, hosting regular status meetings with customers to report project performance.
  • Complete audits for on-premise and AWS GovCloud hosted systems, ensuring accurate record keeping and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, working with internal and external customers on problem resolution.
Requirements
  • Junior: 0-3 years of experience and an Associate's degree; Journeyman: 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree.
  • Top Secret security clearance required, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2x per week on-site work, with the option for tele-work and travel.
