Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Exterior Sales Professional to join our team. As a Project Advisor, you will play a key role in the long-term success of our company, managing leads, meeting sales goals, qualifying customers, creating estimates, and managing contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals, as designated by the Sales Leader
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual proposal dollar goals, as designated by the Sales Leader
  • Self-Generate leads through networking, individual brand building, neighborhood canvassing, and social media marketing
  • Follow-up on assigned leads and qualify customers based on scope of work
  • Attend scheduled inspections with existing and prospective customers as set
  • Document customer needs with photos/video during inspection
  • Create estimates that meet customer needs by identifying their priorities
  • Create and submit signed contracts to the office
  • Assist and guide customers through insurance claims process
  • Assist and guide customers through optional financing programs
  • Be knowledgeable of and inform customers about product upgrades and advanced protection packages
  • Learn and utilize several different software platforms efficiently
  • Attend company meetings, training and development workshops, and team-building events
Reporting
  1. Report directly to the Sales Director
  2. Attend weekly Department meetings for updates on Scorecards, Rocks, To-Dos, and IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) current issues surrounding the sales department
Compensation

  • Substantial Earning Potential: With a compensation range from $52,000 to over $150,000, your hard work directly influences your earnings
