Job Summary:

Lower Bucks Hospital is seeking a skilled LPN to join our emergency care team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care services, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care, and improve the overall patient experience in the emergency care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care services, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• IV certification upon hire (state specific).

• Current ACLS and PALS certifications preferred or within 120 days of hire.
