Clinical Care Specialist for Educational Settings

ProCare Therapy is a reputable healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional services to students in educational settings. We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for the school year.
Estimated SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, depending on location and experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing essential health services to students, supporting their well-being and educational success. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Health Services Provision - Provide basic nursing care and first aid to students, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and assist with health screenings and immunization records.
- Health Plan Management - Monitor and manage student health plans, ensuring that students receive the necessary care and support.
- Collaboration - Collaborate with school staff and parents on student health issues, providing regular updates and recommendations for care.
- Current LPN License - A valid LPN license is required for this position.
- Experience Working with Children - Experience working with children is highly preferred, but not required.
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills - Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team - The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for this position.
