Ellsworth, United States ZOLL LifeVest Full time
Opportunity Overview

ZOLL LifeVest is seeking a highly skilled Medical Service Coordinator to join their team in an independent contractor role. As a Medical Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in training patients on the use and care of LifeVest, a wearable cardioverter defibrillator designed to protect against sudden cardiac arrest.

This is a fantastic opportunity for healthcare professionals with patient care experience to supplement their income while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives. A valid driver's license, car insurance, and/or state ID are also required. Additionally, you will need to disclose any personal NPI number (if applicable) and be willing to pay a $30 annual DME fee, which will be deducted from completed Work Orders.

As a Medical Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include contacting caregivers and family members to schedule services, traveling to patients' homes and healthcare facilities to provide services, and training patients and caregivers on the use of LifeVest. You will also be responsible for programming LifeVest according to prescribing physicians' orders, measuring patients, and determining correct garment sizes, as well as reviewing and transmitting signed paperwork to ZOLL within 24 hours of assignment.
