Job Title: Human Resource Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our team at North End Teleservices, LLC. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the overall function of human resources, including recruitment, employee records, payroll processing, and other HR tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files.
  • Submit online investigation requests and assist with new-employee background checks.
  • Reconcile benefits statements.
  • Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs and recommend corrective action.
  • Assist with processing of terminations.
  • Advocate for employees.
  • Process mail.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in our workforce.
