Job Responsibilities

We seek a detail-oriented data verification professional who can accurately and efficiently enter information into computerized systems, maintain organized records, and research information to verify its accuracy.

Duties:
  • Research customer profiles/accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Enter data into computerized systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital records.
  • Update records and account information as needed.
  • Scan and process documents into the computer system.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to complete job duties.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in data entry, office, clerical, or administrative work. Strong Excel proficiency and tech savvy skills are a plus. Outstanding attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
