Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver or pick up and reconcile valuable shipments at customer locations
  • Maintain radio communication with vehicle crew and dispatch personnel to ensure secure transactions
  • Ensure the highest degree of security and control of customer shipments at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor during daily interactions
  • Remain vigilant and prepared at all times, protecting crew and premises against attack, and preventing accidental mishandling of packages
  • Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled throughout the daily scheduled run
  • Adhere to all security and safety procedures
  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of experience in messenger, customer service, security, military, or protective services
  • A valid driver's license
  • Meet all applicable Department of Transportation requirements
  • Minimum age of 21
  • A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable licensing requirements
  • A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or other required licenses
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds
