Key Responsibilities:- Deliver or pick up and reconcile valuable shipments at customer locations
- Maintain radio communication with vehicle crew and dispatch personnel to ensure secure transactions
- Ensure the highest degree of security and control of customer shipments at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor during daily interactions
- Remain vigilant and prepared at all times, protecting crew and premises against attack, and preventing accidental mishandling of packages
- Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled throughout the daily scheduled run
- Adhere to all security and safety procedures
- Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned
- At least 6 months of experience in messenger, customer service, security, military, or protective services
- A valid driver's license
- Meet all applicable Department of Transportation requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable licensing requirements
- A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or other required licenses
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Previous experience in armored car messenger services
- Basic math skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent ethics and integrity
- High attention to detail
- Collaborative work style
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Professional, positive demeanor
