Job Summary

The Commercial Roofing Sales Strategist will play a vital role in shaping our success by developing detailed and accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, leveraging your expertise in commercial roofing systems, materials, and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive estimates for commercial roofing projects, considering factors such as materials, labor costs, and project timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including new technologies, materials, and pricing trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a positive and energetic team environment.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates and building successful client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A positive attitude, with a passion for working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
