With 24 locations across Nebraska, Kansas, and Iowa, we are rapidly expanding our footprint. Our offerings include a wide range of tire brands for various vehicles, including cars, trucks, SUVs, and agricultural equipment.
Beyond tires, we provide comprehensive automotive services such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, exhaust work, and more. Our team consists of ASE Certified Technicians dedicated to ensuring your vehicle operates at peak performance.This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a successful team at T.O. Haas Tire & Auto. We are currently seeking skilled Automotive Repair Technicians.
If you are a driven technician, you will have the chance to manage multiple repairs daily, supported by an experienced staff that handles parts orders and invoicing, allowing you to focus on your craft. Key Responsibilities:
The Lead Automotive Service Technician is tasked with accurately diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles while adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
Compensation:
Annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000.
Sign-on bonus of $1,500, distributed in two installments after 30 and 90 days of employment.

Essential Duties:
Diagnose vehicle issues based on certifications and experience.
Execute tasks outlined in the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with precision and efficiency.
Conduct complex repairs and maintenance.
Communicate technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-technical individuals, including management and customers.
Recommend essential services to maintain vehicle performance, documenting all suggestions in customer records.
Adhere to safety protocols and report any concerns to the supervisor.
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, and perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
Prior experience as an automotive technician or mechanic is required.
ASE certifications may substitute for experience.
Proficient in using computerized diagnostic equipment.
Valid driver's license in the state of employment (out-of-state licenses must be transferred within 30 days of hire).
High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training is preferred.
Working Environment:
The Lead Automotive Service Technician will encounter moderate to loud noise levels, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, and other materials.
Work conditions may vary, including exposure to extreme temperatures. Personal protective equipment may be necessary in certain situations.
The Lead Automotive Service Technician must meet the following physical requirements:
Ability to stand for up to eight hours daily and walk throughout the facility.
Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching; full range of motion with arms and hands.
Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds frequently.
Effective communication with customers and team members.
Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and focus.
