Job DescriptionWe are looking for a visionary General Manager to lead our dealership's operations. This dynamic leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company, fostering a culture of character, integrity, and strong leadership. As the first Fisker Dealer Partner in the country, we aim to be the top retailer of Fisker vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction to all departments within the dealership.
- Develop and implement effective sales, marketing, and customer service strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Foster a culture of honesty, integrity, and accountability among team members.
- Recruit, train, and mentor department managers and staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and dealership operations to maximize profitability.
- Maintain focus on customer satisfaction and uphold the highest ethical standards in dealings.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute long-term business plans.
- Proven experience as an Automotive General Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices.
- Financial acumen and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement within a reputable organization.
