Role Summary:

The Product Analyst functions as a technical and functional expert, working in close collaboration with both business and technical teams. This role is crucial in contributing to the product requirements and specifications deliverables. You will be responsible for creating product user interface mock-ups and detailed functional feature requirement specifications. Additionally, you will identify and document user personas and use cases for new features to ensure high standards of adoption and usability are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct feasibility analyses for new product features, develop roadmaps, and create comprehensive functional specifications to support future development and quality assurance cycles.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to prioritize deliverables and negotiate product functionalities.
  • Possess a solid understanding of development processes, including SDLC and Agile methodologies, while demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues.
  • Implement predictive and analytical modeling techniques, theories, principles, and practices.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibit excellent knowledge of enterprise business use cases and the broader enterprise product domain.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years of relevant experience, with a Master’s degree or equivalent in product analysis or an MBA from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX wireframing using tools such as UXPin, Balsamiq, or similar.
  • Strong skills in writing technical functional specifications.
  • Extensive background in SQL, data analysis, data modeling, reporting, and application frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of mobile and Windows operating systems.
  • Exceptional product analysis capabilities and innovative thinking skills.
  • Ability to analyze, process, and present multiple product features to both technical and business stakeholders.
