Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of machinery and equipment, including autoclaves, fire tube boilers, and conveyor systems.
- Diagnostic Evaluation: Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to identify and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Light Electrical Maintenance: Perform basic electrical maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repair of 480V/240V/120V/24V power systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Six or more months of related experience and/or training, demonstrating the ability to identify repairs that are needed and to assure schedule production run.
- Certifications: Possession of boiler, welding, or electrical certification or license required.
