Compensation:$12 - $14 hourly
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest accommodations are prepared
- Provide a warm welcome to every guest, facilitating check-in and check-out processes while ensuring accurate room assignments
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Maintain precise records of all guest account transactions
- Handle incoming calls and booking requests, providing information about room rates, availability, amenities, and special requirements
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned across various departments
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Preferred experience of at least one year in the hospitality sector, particularly in a front desk role
- Proficient in managing phone communications and navigating challenging situations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management software
- Strong organizational, time management, customer service, and interpersonal skills
