Job Overview

The position of Front Office Manager at stayAPT Suites College Station might be the perfect opportunity for you. Compensation:

$12 - $14 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest accommodations are prepared
  • Provide a warm welcome to every guest, facilitating check-in and check-out processes while ensuring accurate room assignments
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Maintain precise records of all guest account transactions
  • Handle incoming calls and booking requests, providing information about room rates, availability, amenities, and special requirements
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned across various departments
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in the hospitality sector, particularly in a front desk role
  • Proficient in managing phone communications and navigating challenging situations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management software
  • Strong organizational, time management, customer service, and interpersonal skills
