We are seeking skilled drivers with a minimum of 1 year of verified over-the-road (OTR) experience and at least 6 months of documented flatbed driving experience within the last 5 years.


POSITION DETAILS:
  • $5000 Sign-on bonus, with $1500 awarded after your first delivery
  • Earn 27% of weekly gross revenue
  • Average take-home pay of $1500 weekly
  • Weekly mileage averages
  • Payments made every Friday via direct deposit
  • Home every other weekend
  • Compensation for breakdowns, dock delays, tarping, and layovers
  • Riders and pets permitted from day one (riders must be 18 years or older)
  • Safety bonuses and up to $300 weekly per diem

VEHICLE FLEET:
  • 2021 and newer Cascadia and KW T680 models - automatic transmission
  • Drivers with automatic restrictions are welcome
  • Trucks equipped with EZ Pass and Pre-Pass systems

ORIENTATION PROGRAM:

A comprehensive 3-day orientation with travel, lodging, and meals provided.


EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
  • Full benefits package begins after 30 days, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and more
  • Paid vacation: 1 week after the first year, 2 weeks after 3 years

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum age of 22 years
  • 1 year of OTR experience with 6 months of flatbed experience within the past 5 years
  • Experience in hauling steel pipe or flat steel on a flatbed trailer
  • Coil experience is not mandatory
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • Only 1 DOT preventable accident in the last year
  • No more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 3 years
  • No recent safety-related terminations
  • Automatic disqualifications include recent at-fault rollovers, failed DOT alcohol/drug tests, and more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
  • Urine drug screening required
