Key Responsibilities:
  1. Field Management:
  • Lead and supervise moving crews during on-site operations
  • Ensure efficient and safe loading, unloading, and transportation of goods
  • Provide guidance and support to the crew to optimize performance and meet service standards
  • Resolve any on-site challenges or issues promptly and effectively
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure service excellence
Administrative Tasks:
  • Coordinate with the scheduling team to plan and organize moving assignments
  • Maintain accurate records of crew schedules, equipment usage, and job details
  • Communicate with customers to confirm moving details and address any concerns
  • Prepare necessary documentation, including invoices and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
Training and Development:
  • Conduct on-the-job training for new crew members
  • Provide ongoing coaching to enhance the skills and professionalism of the crew
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment within the team
Equipment and Inventory Management:
  • Ensure that all moving equipment is in good working condition
  • Conduct regular checks on inventory and report any shortages or damages

Safety Compliance:
