About the Role:
MAB Community Services is a non-profit human service organization serving adults with developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries, individuals who are blind or visually impaired, and adolescents with autism. We are seeking a highly skilled AR Specialist to join our team and support our mission to rebuild lives and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile customer statements and resolve discrepancies or issues proactively.
  • Reconcile all receivables in sub-ledgers to general ledger accounts.
  • Generate and send invoices to customers, accurately recording transactions.
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances and ensure timely collection of payments.

Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working with timesheets in ADP and knowledge of NetSuite or similar systems.

Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $72,000 per year
