Job Title:

Clinical Care LPN/LVNs

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN/LVN to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Clinical Care LPN/LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems
  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
  • Conduct Point of Care testing, including COVID testing
  • Assist with patient registration and intake, and manage the wait room to enhance the patient experience
  • Order equipment and prepare the clinic for optimal patient care
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record
  • Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and conduct Point of Care Testing
  • Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room
Education:

Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant.
