Permanent Speech Language Pathologist

Centstone is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Permanent Speech Language Pathologist. This is a full-time opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Diagnosis
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders in patients.
Treatment Planning and TherapyDevelop personalized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapy services to patients.
Patient Education and SupportEducate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies to promote effective communication and swallowing.
Collaboration and TeamworkCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Documentation and Quality AssuranceMaintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and outcomes, and participate in quality assurance initiatives to promote best practices.
Requirements- Education and Licensure
A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited institution, and state licensure and certification through ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association).
Skills and QualitiesStrong clinical and communication skills, empathy, and cultural competence, with a commitment to ethical practice and professional standards.
