This role is responsible for delivering exceptional patient service, assembling meal trays, and communicating patient requests to the Room Service center.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient trays in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assemble meal trays according to patient preferences.
  • Communicate patient requests to the Room Service center.
  • Perform stocking and cleaning duties.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
  • Perform basic math skills and read/write.

Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

  • Must obtain a food handlers permit from the Cleveland County Health Department before hire or within 1 week of start date.

Compensation/Benefits:
