Job Summary

Sanitation Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring that food safety and sanitation activities are achieved in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize food contact and non-food contact surfaces in the hot and cold production rooms.
  • Perform proper cleaning and sanitizing practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform daily cleaning assignments to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Inventory chemicals and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Perform QA product quality and product food safety inspections as needed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in general plant and warehouse cleanliness to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Perform pre-op inspections to ensure the facility is ready for production.
