Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and currently licensed as a Nurse in the State.
  • Previous work experience in a long-term care setting, with supervisory experience and organizational skills preferred.
  • Excellent technical assessment and documentation skills, as well as leadership qualities and good communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
