At Soliant, we are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Lead Speech Therapist for a school in North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services to students with varying degrees of communication disorders.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time and part-time opening, offering an ASAP start date. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be proficient in working with students of diverse ages and abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to ensure comprehensive support for students with communication disorders.
  • Assess and analyze student progress, making data-driven decisions to inform treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Current State SLP licensure, preferably with CCCs but open to applicants in their Fellowship year (CFY).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
