Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess patients' communication and swallowing skills to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to individual patient needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Certification or licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Michigan.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working with diverse age groups and populations (desired).
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
