Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of sales floor associates to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales goals.
  • Oversee the receiving and stocking of merchandise, ensuring that all products are accurately received and stored in a safe and secure manner.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to ensure that our store is stocked with the latest products and trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
  • Leading a team and supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
