We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver - Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives, helping them to live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Community Support: Assist individuals with transportation to appointments, outings, and activities in the community.
  • Daily Living Skills: Support individuals with daily living skills, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Developmental Goals: Help individuals achieve their developmental goals, such as community participation, household budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and vocational responsibilities.
  • Living Skills: Support individuals with living skills, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Age: Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Experience: Six months of experience in human services preferred
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Background Check: Successful clearance of background checks
  • Attitude: Reliable, responsible attitude
