  • Full-time, hourly role reporting to the General Sales Manager
  • Thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to maintain high standards
  • Providing exceptional service to customers
  • Upholding the Jim Falk brand through meticulous work
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly wage of $18, paid semimonthly
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

Essential Duties
  • Detailing vehicles both inside and out
  • Delivering superior customer service
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the lot and showroom areas
  • Assisting with minor vehicle maintenance tasks
  • Managing vehicle inventory effectively
  • Collaborating with the Service department team
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in vehicle detailing is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
