About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse with Verovian Nursing Agency, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Medications and Interventions: Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work effectively with nurses, doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment plans.
  • Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory standards and policies.
  • Ongoing Education and Quality Improvement: Participate in continuous professional development, contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the unit, and stay current with best practices in nursing care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Nursing Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate degree with relevant experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
  • Clinical Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
