Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical and emotional support to residents, promoting independence and dignity.

- Assist with continence management, serving food trays, and maintaining cleanliness of resident suites and community restrooms.
- Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities, promoting socialization and mental stimulation.
- Greet and assist internal and external customers, guests, family members, vendors, and team members.
Requirements:
- Certified Nurse's Aide certification.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Previous experience working in memory care with seniors is preferred.
