Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at The Summit, a thriving Discovery Senior Living community. As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical and emotional support to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Observe and report changes in resident conditions, including skin, behavior, alertness, weight, dietary, and participation in activities.
  • Respond promptly to security system alerts and resident call bells.
  • Assist with continence management, serving food trays, and maintaining cleanliness of resident suites and community restrooms.
  • Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities, promoting socialization and mental stimulation.
  • Greet and assist internal and external customers, guests, family members, vendors, and team members.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nurse's Aide certification.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working in memory care with seniors is preferred.
