Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring quality of care and efficiency
  • Direct, coordinate, and supervise the delivery of healthcare services
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and present resolutions and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, procedural, policy, and licensing requirements
  • Collaborate with providers and staff to achieve shared goals
  • Compile input for performance appraisals and communicate regularly with staff
  • May interact with client representatives as required
  • Supply and conduct pharmacy inventory management and replacement ordering
  • Provide input to the Program Manager for staff recruitment and other staffing decisions
Requirements
  • MA or LPN degree
  • Management experience preferred
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of clinical experience with business/management responsibilities
