Magnolia State Bank is seeking a highly skilled Loan Processor to join our team. As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in the success of our bank by ensuring the smooth processing of loan applications and the maintenance of accurate loan records.
Key Responsibilities- Loan Processing: Conduct thorough research to update customer banking relationships, process loan payments and advances, and review loan approvals to ensure completeness.
- Loan Documentation: Generate loan documents, board completed loans on the bank's mainframe computer system, and maintain credit and other files for documentation and compliance.
- Insurance and Reporting: Work with insurance policies, analyze and process incoming draws, and balance daily and monthly loan reports.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to loan officer and customer inquiries, and assist in resolving problems within given authority.
- Administrative Tasks: Type routine letters, reports, and forms, maintain files, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
