Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of branch staff to provide exceptional service to members.

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three years of branch management experience within a financial institution.
  • Advanced working knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office and financial software.
  • Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills necessary for supervising staff and servicing members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
