Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Home Health Aide to support our clients in the Norton area. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with personal care and homemaking tasks, ensuring their comfort and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulating, eating, and toileting
  • Provide homemaking services, such as light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Travel to clients' homes within the assigned region to provide care and support
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Must maintain a working mobile device with cellular data access for Electronic Visit Verification/Scheduling System
  • Current CPR certification (can be provided)
  • Ability to conduct oneself with a positive and professional attitude, and demonstrate respect and compassion towards colleagues and clients
