Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to deliver comprehensive respiratory care treatments and diagnostic services to patients. Responsibilities include training staff and students, reviewing and evaluating departmental policies and procedures, conducting quality assurance activities, and assisting the director with daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with physicians and healthcare staff to recommend suitable plans for respiratory care.
- Provide high-quality respiratory therapy to support patient recovery.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapist training program.
- Credentialing as a Registered Respiratory Therapist by the National Board for Respiratory Care or eligibility to take the Written Registry exam and Clinical Simulation exam.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Respiratory Therapist from the appropriate regulatory board.
Salary Range:
Minimum: $24.8
Maximum: $35.2
