Position Overview: Utility Pole Inspection Foreperson

Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Compensation:

  • Initial pay of $24.00 per hour during training
  • Increased pay to $30.00 upon successful training completion

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience working outdoors

Educational Background:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in wooden pole inspections is advantageous

Essential Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid Driver's License
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to lift and perform physical tasks
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
