Position Summary

VDart Inc is in search of a skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of projects within the renewable natural gas and wastewater treatment sectors. This role involves managing the coordination of capital sales projects and ensuring the smooth operation of daily project activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and implementation of wastewater and biogas treatment facilities utilizing various methodologies and technologies. This includes evaluating P&IDs, equipment submissions, equipment and instrument inventories, and control philosophy documentation.
  • Supervise the technical elements of the procurement process and collaborate with the purchasing team to guarantee that suppliers fulfill project requirements.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients and all project stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects, adhering to scope and budget constraints.
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan to monitor progress and assess performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and sustain detailed project documentation.
  • Employ suitable verification methods to manage alterations in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Establish commissioning timelines for biogas treatment systems.
  • Willingness to travel to vendor and client locations up to 20% of the time.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to specify and procure process equipment, chemicals, and components.
  • Provide assistance to the Sales department as required.
  • Deliver technical training upon request from internal teams or external clients.
  • Adhere to safe working practices while on client sites.
  • Possess extensive knowledge in various technical areas and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable US design standards.
  • Responsible for the implementation of and adherence to the QHSE policy at the departmental level.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Biological, Electrical, etc.) or related technical fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant practical experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project (or similar software).
  • Experience in water and gas treatment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with US design standards for the RNG market.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Practical, professional, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-focused approach with a strong commercial awareness.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
