Club Concierge

At Golightly, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide refined and sophisticated customer service to members and guests.
  • Implement assistance as needed to members and guests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Lead the front desk check-in process for members and guests.
  • Prepare logs, reports, and other written documents as requested.
  • Maintain constant inspections of assigned areas to ensure a pristine and organized environment.
  • Utilize proper telephone skills to handle dining reservations and member inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Customer service/hospitality-minded with the ability to work with VIP members and guests in a dynamic environment.
  • Dependable, positive, and team-oriented.
  • Must be a friendly and clear communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexible and adaptable in offering assistance to high-end clientele inquiries.
  • Polite and confident, taking initiative to ensure members and guests enjoy their Club experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a concierge, front desk, or hospitality-type role.
  • Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new applications independently.
Shift Availability:
  • 4pm to 12am
  • 5pm to 1am
  • 6pm to 2am
