About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Program Manager to join our team at iRhythm. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies that drive adoption of our Zio Service
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs
  • Partner with key stakeholders at large health systems to align on goals and success metrics of cardiac programs
  • Design and implement operational efficiencies and standardization of care for patients with cardiac arrhythmias
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer experience initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of experience in a similar role and a Master's degree
  • Experience in device or clinical sales working with large health systems in a consultative capacity preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data to glean insights impactful to making recommendations to both sales partners and customers
  • Ability to adapt quickly and deliver on strong performance during times of ambiguity and complexity
