Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Shift Leader to join our team at Carl's Jr. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Crew Members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Crew Members and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor and maintain proper staffing levels and labor costs
  • Enforce and maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards
  • Train and supervise Crew Members
  • Perform all Crew position duties as needed
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a food handler's permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting
  • Possess basic math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
