About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at BreadBox. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales floor operations, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, provide fast and efficient service, and thank customers for their business.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Ring customer sales using an electronic cash register, receive money, give correct change, and process returns and exchanges.
  • Team Leadership: Assist with shift change, count money in the cash drawer, and use special equipment to process specialty products.
  • Inventory Management: Check and replenish stock on food service supplies, clean and sanitize equipment, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Training and Development: Complete necessary training evaluations, provide feedback to management on training programs, and assume other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication)
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
